CANCELLATION POLICY

Please respect and honor the artist's time and other scheduled clients by being on time. Every client who books gets a 1 day reminder in both email and text format. Anything canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour notice is same as NO SHOW Cancellation Price. Please see per procedure when booking. If someone cancels in 24 hours or less of their appointment, that spot will most likely NOT be filled within that time, leaving a void in the day of the artist, when other clients could have booked that slot instead. It is not easy to fill a spot for a face tattoo. In the booking form, every client must abide by our policy. A client is considered a NO SHOW after 20 minutes if no communication has been made. There are fees for a NO CALL / NO SHOW in any industry. It is a way to protect small businesses from losing income we have worked so hard for. We keep our policies fair and respectful. Last minute cancellations will be charged $300 or whatever the listed cancellation price is on that procedure. Last minute reschedules will require a FULL DEPOSIT PREPAY. Missed or canceled within 24 hours “Included” touch up appointments will be charged an extra $100 fee when re-booked.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

If for any reason on the day the service you do not meet the required health requirements to preform the service that you have booked we have the right to refuse services. It is at the discretion of your artist on what charges will be made and or refunded for re-booking or cancellation of the appointment.

HOW TO PREPARE

To help prevent excessive bleeding, please refrain from consuming pain relievers/killers, fish oils, and blood thinners unless directed by your physician. Do not consume alcoholic beverages and caffeine the night before and the day of your tattoo. Please refrain from exercising on the day of the procedure.

Do not apply glycolic acid, chemical peels, retinoids, exfoliators or any products that cause sensitivity to your skin the day prior to your appointment.

RETOUCH SESSION

Your ONE free retouch session must be used within 3 months from the initial session date.

*For returning clients only. Applies immediately after the initial free  retouch. If you miss your free retouch appointment for any reason, the above touch up fees will apply (calculated from the initial session date).
